Isaac Mizrahi and Teen Vogue were first to discover this expansive New York venue. They built a mirrored luxury Clos-ette in the calm and peaceful ZenSite. Up and above the clamor of SoHo, you will also be charmed by this quiet loft. Elegantly subtle artwork will tease your mind’s eye throughout the 3,700-square-foot SoHoSoleil location. It’s a comprehensive resource for every type of production from film and TV to internet video and print. We invite filmmakers, photographers and meeting planners to pursue the many options offered within this stately Brazillian cherry-floored day rental.

“The pièce de résistance is ZenSite’s 1380 square foot gourmet kitchen area,” a location scout tells us. TV chefs shine behind this professional floating island counter with six Wolff gas burners surrounded by dark green granite. Food stylists find the two sinks (one’s a double) and the oceans of counter space beyond the SubZero fridge the perfect components for food shoots. Six aluminum stools sit ready to cozy up to the action at the counter.

Four bedrooms, two extra-large bathrooms, including a large walk in shower, an artist’s studio with southward facing windows, a huge fire escape, a meeting space with eastward windows, break out rooms and dining areas await your next job.  

Doing brand research for a new client? ZenSite is private, located far from the competition, but still in the center of New York’s best shopping and newest hotels. Casts in preproduction reading rehearsals, also enjoy the secluded space. Seating in front may be arranged with the antique banker’s chairs, an Asian-style bench, a 1950’s couch and matching chair, and a navy blue couch that seats four.
