High in a tower, yet as accessible as just blocks from Penn Station, is our Midtown gathering place, WriteSite. This writing workshop and publishing facility regularly hosts celebrity book signing parties and spirited readings. It’s also becoming a serious center for management training in the area of brand equity. Greatly adding to its value is the 24-hour, 7-day-a-week availability factor, making it ideal for nighttime film shoots. The main room is 500 square feet. An additional green breakout room and a blue curved computer bank wall enhance WriteSite’s usage.

Although some of the office is dedicated to private use, spare offices may occasionally be accessed. The colorfully painted WriteSite, designed by architect Chad R. Smith, has total dimensions of 5,000 square feet with 12-foot ceilings. Marketers and consultants are also inclined to bring clients to WriteSite when developing brand equity campaigns. A trainer states, “We have very particular privacy needs which SoHoSoleil Locations meets here. Also, our office resources are already on hand at WriteSite.” These include a high security lobby with ID passes, a seminar room with 50 padded folding chairs and a speaker’s podium, a breakout area, a private office, a computer bank, fax/copier, 7-foot tables, occasional tables, a prep area with a dishwasher and a microwave, and an additional wheel chair accessible bathroom.
