SereneSite

Seeking a more minimalist experience? SereneSite is a clean, 2,000-square-foot loft set in the same SoHo building as the CornerLight and PetiteSite locations. Branding strategy sessions or leadership and management conferences needing additional breakout rooms rent both spaces. The main meeting area, including the kitchen, is over 800 square feet.

A grey L-shaped couch and glass Noguchi coffee table sit on a white rug. Stained dark brown floors contrast with a whitewashed brick wall. Branding strategy off-site and leadership and management forums use the white metal bulletin boards on one wall for postings. There is a classic boardroom table with 10 matching chairs. Ample counter space on the free-floating kitchen island is ideal for product displays. Vogue magazine has taken numerous portraits at SereneSite. Other productions in video and food photography are keen to capture chefs cooking behind the pots and pans, but eyes facing forward towards the camera, instead of their backs.

Frequently SereneSite is rented for the kitchen island stovetop.  On hand is a child’s room with bunk beds, a master bedroom and a bathtub-trés chic, worthy of making a photo splash.

Looking for inspiration? Check the captivating corner views: North and East. The exuberant dome of the Edwardian Baroque of the Police Building peeks above. Six hundred feet into the ground below lies an entry point to Tunnel No. 3. Part of New York City’s water delivery system, it’s the largest tunnel in America. Beyond the sandhogs you’ll find Little Italy and Chinatown - if you keep digging!
