The quiet, uncluttered PetiteSite, located in the same SoHo cast-iron loft building as CornerLight and SereneSite is as cozy as its name suggests. Very often a business consultant conducting a leadership training workshop will hire PetiteSite as an additional breakout area or space for focus groups. The main room of the 1,200-square-foot loft is 600 square feet. Six classic Thonet chairs surround a dark wooden Portico boardroom table that can seat up to 12. A beige modern sectional couch holds another 10 people. An additional asset is that the breakout room also has a moveable couch.

A New York photographer or location scout might fancy the child’s room with bunk beds and sliding frosted glass door, or the bright yellow kitchen with Carerra marble countertops (gas range). An antique medicine cabinet, a hanging surfboard and Nelson bubble lamps in the master bedroom add intrigue. The business consultant would probably use these rooms for additional group meeting spaces. The fine artwork on the walls entertains all eyes from those doing leadership training to folks on a fashion shoot.
